This project was designed on real facts and bringing a new insight to architecture and construction industry for new decades. The rough mass was designed on the local spatial restriction and than valuate with wind analysis and structure analysis. This is the reason why is the tip rounded. The structure is based on pillars which are supporting and ending on technical storey. There are several technical storeys which are dividing the building into the different section. Each section own garden. These gardens are used as a natural filter of air which is flowing inside the building. On this construction slab is ganged the rest of floors under this section. This curtain system also hang the outer glassing. This system was designed on maximum material and force optimalisation. The core of this building is based on reinforced concrete because the local law doesn't allow use a timber but in ideal state it should be based on the massive wooden structure. Spatial dividing is based on location and height of each section. In the bottom are situated offices, shops and etc and in the upper part is designed residential living and restaurants. In the hip is also designed the bumper to avoid the huge moving of the tower. This technology is not required but is common in residential towers.
