Anotácia:

Rodinný dom sa sústredí na prepojenie dvoch odlišných funkcií, bývania a práce, ale taktiež na prepojenie s prírodou. Je koncipovaný ako prízemný s vegetačnou strechou, ktorá je zosvahovaná až na úroveň terénu. Objekt využíva princípu suchej montáže, moderné technológie a je navrhnutý ako progresívny, nízkoenergetický.

Synopsis:

The aim of the project of the family house is to solve the linking of the living and working functions and being in the harmony with the natural surroundings. It is to be designed so as single-storey building with the green sloping roof. The building is using the principle of unitized system, modern technologies and is designed as the low-energy house.

Full description:

The project of the family house with a photographic studio and a gallery was expanded and now it has a garage for greater comfort of the residents. This allows the construction to be divided into ten segments while every single one of them contains one room with a different function.

Segments of the construction are separated by the expansion joint and each one has its own supporting structure. This structure consists of ribs that are clamped on one side and laid on a pole on the other. These “U”-shaped ribs follow the shape of the house in its most favorable positions and are stabilized with perpendicular staves in the transverse direction.

The building uses the principle of unitized system - dry assembly of sandwich panels. This structure is suitable to create a compact unit with a complicated organic shape. Whole upper construction is lifted up on rectificational pedestals made of steel and clamped into concrete substructures while the top is covered with green carpets.

Technical equipment of the house allowes the design of the progressive house with higher standard that uses an electronic controlling system of all built-in elements. The house uses photovoltaic panels for obtaining solar energy, converts it into electrical energy and stores the unused amount into a battery built in and saves it for later without the necessity to sell it to the distributor.
