Vision

During my research I had to realized that most of recultivation projects of landfills are working only with the surface, with green protecting layer and water insulation on landfills. The technology allows to collect the gases of landfill but this is the only recycling process moreover this is not an opportunity but a duty if we want to protect the atmosphere from this greenhouse gases. So I had decided to create an utopia to show a radical way to 100% recycling. With using of hi-tech 3d printing technology, logic of generative models and robot in waste selection and mining I imagined a robotic city inside the landfills what can find its main resources in the landfills and producing useful recycled materials for other companies in industry.

Construction
The tunnel construction was generated by space organisation algorithm because after survey process we have enough information about resources inside landfill. Tunnels are constructed by robots with drilling shield and 3d printer. The resources’ transportation are continued by transportation robots during the main recycling towers, where they can change the battery can take new material for 3d tunnel printers.

End of process
On the end of process the materials will be sold for companies as commodity.
